About

About ACA

ACA has been providing airport coordination services for 17 years.

ACA was formed in 1997 and was appointed by the Minister of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Services and Local Government to allocate slots for all aircraft runway movements at Sydney Airport.

Since our beginning, the ACA airport portfolio has grown to include 8 Australian airports, and airports in the Philippines, Abu Dhabi, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

We pride ourselves on delivering a superior level of coordination services that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual airport. We are able to do this through our flexible coordination system, which can be tailored to suit each customer’s requirements.

Finance

ACA is financed by a composition of local airline remuneration as a fee per slot.

Board

To monitor our business processes, we have a board of directors. The board consists of members representing Qantas Airways, Virgin Australia Airlines, the Regional Aviation Association of Australia and Sydney Airport. The ACA board also has an independent Chairman.
